WORD-AFLAME LEADERSHIP COLLEGE was founded in Lagos, Nigeria as a private nonprofit Religious Education Institution. It is dedicated, through its God chosen, spirit anointed and consecrated faculty member to the task of providing a thorough education in Bible and related subjects of training Christian men and women for the Gospel Ministry.

WAFCOL is both interdenominational and international in its scope. and exists, not for any particular denomination but to serve the whole body of Christian worldwide. All Christians are given equal opportunity to learn, whatever their background, denominational affiliation, nationality, race, color or ethic origin.

WAFCOL offers courses based on sound Biblical and Ministerial Education, on course leading to the award of Certificate, Diploma, and Advanced Diploma. The curriculum are carefully and prayerfully prepared to meet the specific Ministry, thus helping him/her to full vision in the vineyard of Christ.

The school is thoroughly Evangelical and Pentecostal oriented in doctrine, faith and practice. While it seeks to firmly establish the great evangelical truths in its students, it also make them recognize the fact that sound Biblical scholarship alone, without the corresponding spirits filled and anointed life, does not constitute a balance life and an effective Christian ministry. Both must blend to maximize ones usefulness.
