**Spring Maintenance Update**
-Potential fixes for Android 14
-Fixes implemented to Launcher Ops Services detection logic to prevent a crash while navigating to the Permission Overview tab (if services we not detected, this could create a crash)
-Updated IAB dependencies
-Updated Kotlin libraries
-Fixes implemented to Overall Score Logic
