To the pharmacy

You can have recipes right on your mobile. You'll also find cheaper drug alternatives, information on supplements, and drug interactions you take.

Overview of doctors by expertise, distance, or by whether the provider is our contractual partner. You will also find doctors' office hours and telephone contacts here.

Push messages inform about:

- the right to a preventive inspection,

- prescribed recipes,

- drug interactions,

- Possibility to evaluate a doctor's visit

- change of contact details,

- on the handling of health care complaints.

Insurance card

The application contains electronic cards of all persons added to the application. You will also find the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) and information on entitlement to healthcare.

Adding a baby

Once a child is added, you have access to an overview of the health services and medications he or she is taking.

My health

The health card in the application contains:

- details of the healthcare provided,

- details of prescribed medicinal products,

- drug interactions,

- search for medicines and tests according to the doctor's expertise, the type of medicine or whether or not you have chosen your medicine at the pharmacy,

- the possibility to file a complaint for the provided performance with a doctor or a medicine,

- Possibility to rate a doctor.

SOS first aid card

Within the SOS card, you also see basic health data, which is important in the case of first aid, on a locked phone.

You can add to the SOS card:

- name and surname,

- blood type,

- chronic diseases and allergies,

- the medicines you are taking,

- your doctors.

- details of the healthcare provided,

- details of prescribed medicinal products,

- drug interactions,

- search for medicines and tests according to the doctor's expertise, the type of medicine or whether or not you have chosen your medicine at the pharmacy,

- the possibility to file a complaint for the provided performance with a doctor or a medicine,

- Possibility to rate a doctor.

You can also contact line 155 via the SOS card. Geolocation will help determine your exact location.

Enable e-mail login

You can log in to the e-Branch more easily, without a GRID card, by confirming access directly via the application.
