√ Minimum 125cc motorcycle, with documents up to 8 years old and in perfect state of repair and operation.

√ DPVAT insurance up to date with no debt.

√ Authorization of the city hall to carry out the activity of mototaxista

√ CNH minimum category A

√ Provide Hygienic cap for the use of the helmet by the passenger

√ Own reflective vest

√ Have a helmet for use by the passenger, in perfect condition, according to the standards and expiry date established by Inmetro

√ Do not have a criminal record
