Kiara Care application is designed to collect information of people with special need across the south eastern part of Nigeria. We aim to reach out to people suffering from several medical deformities ranging from Mental Disorder, Autism, Learning Difficulties, Neurological Disorder, Visual Impairment, Physical impairment, Developmental Delays, Downs Syndrome, Hearing Impairment, Cerebral Palsy, Seizure Disorder, Domestic Abuse, Elderly, etc.
