Kongsi

KONGSI CORE is a community organizer application. It can be applied

for managing social action projects such as provision of meals for

homeless, mental health support for refugees, delivering school kits for

disadvantage children in remote islands etc.

KONGSI Core’s vision is to connecting those who in needs and those

who will support in an efficient way. KONGSI CORE is a platform for

stakeholders to collaborate to ensure social action project is delivered

in a high standard of transparency and accountability.

Using KONGSI CORE, you can do:

1. Sharing responsibility; every organizer could be assigned to

particular responsibilites such as communication, operation,

finance, etc. By default every member is a donor but you can set

his/her roles beyond donor.

2. Fund rising without any deduction. Payment directly to your

account as community organizer. All funding for you.

3. Tracking financil progress. Both donor and community organizer

can track financil progress from commitment, recieved and

disbursment.

4. Set action plan to ensure project delivered on time. Every

organizer can do this. Then when it completed, you can mark it so

other member get noticed that things have been done. Action is

your implementation report to donor and beneficiaries.

5. Reporting expense; every organizer is able to report his/her

expense.

6. Donor report; every single donor can view all project information

such as in term of funding, action and team.

7. Coordination; chatting and discussion for better project

deliverables (next version – under construction).

8. Sharing your action; you can share your experience on helping

others to inspire others to do so or better. (next version – under

construction).
