What you see is a projection of a 4-dimensional (4D) hypercube ( tesseract ). Move your finger over the screen to rotate it. Rotation is different in first, second and third part of the screen, and also between horizontal and vertical movement, so the hypercube can be rotated in six different ways.
The hypercube has eight cells and twenty-four faces, and is divided into sixteen small 4D hyper-cubes. Each small hypercube has six visible faces (on faces of the big hypercube). Tap the button in left-upper corner (note the button will change) and the hypercube will turn darker. Now tap on any face of the hypercube to select four small hyper-cubes ( they will appear brighter when selected ).
Tap the button in the upper-left corner again (the button will change) and move your finger to rotate the small hyper-cubes. Once you are done rotating the small hyper-cubes, tap the button in the upper-left corner to go back to the first screen.

Rotations might seem "unusual", because you are rotating four-dimensional object in four-dimensional space. Each cell (cube) can appear outside, inside, or on the place of any other cell, depending on the rotation.
Note: You need to know how to solve 2x2x2 Rubik's cube to solve this puzzle. You don't need to be an expert, the most basic algorithm is sufficient.
