Vespa 98 Corsa was created specifically to show the world that small scooters can also compete in the racing arena. Vespa is increasingly seen in the streets and squares of Italian cities, making Enrico Piaggio motivated to create an aggressive new scoot to become the winner in the racetrack. Giuseppe Cau was the first to use Vespa 98 on the circuit and managed to emerge victorious in Climb Monte Mario Hill in 1947. Vespa 98 Corsa (Circuit) is a combination of speed and innovation; his body is assembled by hand using a steel frame; Tromolnya brakes equipped with rear air vents for cooling system; and has three gears to ensure that the valve control and cooling system can occur through air vents. Known for its original colors, the Vespa 98 Corsa is nicknamed the little "fireball".
