UPDATE (22 Dec 16): Thank you for your patience. We finally fixed the connection issues that happened on certain phones. The issue was due to the new Android OS upgrade, it requires additional security to connect to Bluetooth device. It took us quite a while because of the issues somehow linked to the telcos. For example, the Vibease device works fine on Samsung S7 from T-Mobile but it doesn't work on some Samsung S7 from Verizon.
