2. Words

The next technique of the kihon technique is the word technique. This basic technique is literally the form or pattern in karate. The real word is not just physical training, or many people say like aerobics. but this basic word technique is more than that.

3. Kumite

The literal meaning of this basic Kumite technique is a hand meeting. This kumite technique is usually carried out by karatedo who are in the advanced level. Advanced here is like a blue belt, or more. But at the moment there are dojos that offer teaching or offer training on yellow belt karateo or at the beginner level.

4. Dachi or horses

Dachi is a basic movement of karate that all karatedo must be able to master Dachi or these horses perfectly. Horses are one of the first techniques that play an important role. Beginners must master this movement correctly and perfectly. The horses need to be mastered perfectly because the horses are the foundation of all existing movements.

5. Zuki or Punch

The basic technique in the next karate is zuki or punch. This movement also needs to be well studied by karatedo so that when the match blows on the opponent is also good.

6. Kick or Geri

7. Tangkisan or Uke Technique
