The concept behind LIVIQ is simple and straightforward. A full database of all known food additives, is loaded on your Smartphone as part of the LIVIQ application.When shopping, you can use LIVIQ to scan the ingredients section of the packaging, to identify questionable substances.

Our unique OCR scanning intelligence, allows to quickly extract the relevant information, which is independent of the language of the rest of the text. LIVIQ will get back with the results, based on the known facts for the specific additive.

LIVIQ is not after the products or brands, rather is trying to accurately inform buyers and make them aware of their consumption preferences and the risks pertained.

In terms of transparency and open access, LIVIQ offers a reference link from the publicly available database, based on which our data is derived from. In that way, users can follow the link to monitor and explore the sources from where the data was obtained.
