1. Have a high school diploma

2. Be residents of Jizan

3. Not to have received support from the Human Resources Development Fund (AIM)

4. Not to be registered within the Social Insurance

5. Registration data is kept at Maharat Institute to ,

communicate with the Registrar and not shared with any other party
