MedTracker helps you stay on top of your daily medications — simply, privately, and without any sign-up required.

Whether you take one pill a day or manage several medications at different times, MedTracker keeps everything organised in one place and reminds you when it's time to take each dose.

DAILY TRACKING

Every morning your doses appear on the Today screen. Tap a card to mark it as taken, and watch your daily progress update in real time. Pull down to refresh at any time.

MEDICATION REMINDERS

Set the exact times you take each medication and MedTracker will remind you. If a dose goes unacknowledged, a follow-up reminder fires after one hour and again after three hours — so nothing slips through.

MEDICATION HISTORY

Tap any medication to see a full history of taken and missed doses, along with your 30-day adherence percentage. Use the Calendar tab to review any past day at a glance.

SIMPLE TO MANAGE

Add up to 20 medications with a name, dosage, and frequency (once daily, twice daily, weekly, or as needed). Edit or remove them at any time — your past history is always preserved.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

All your data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to any server. No account, no cloud, no data sharing.

The app is completely free to use. Upgrade to Premium to remove banner ads and support continued development. Cancel any time from Google Play.
