These include sleep disorders, hearing problems, emotional stress or even concentration deficits. The app creates your therapy plan individually tailored to you!

Who is my tinnitus app suitable for?

For everyone affected by acute or chronic tinnitus.

Your personal tinnitus therapy:

- Individual therapy plan

- 1 lesson once a week

- 60 – 90 minutes per lesson

- Use for at least 10 weeks

- Free of charge (reimbursed by statutory health insurance)

You can get to the app in 5 steps:

1. Medical diagnosis: You will receive a prescription from your doctor for therapy with My Tinnitus App.

2. Submit a prescription: You then submit this prescription to your health insurance company.

3. Enter activation code: You will receive a 16-digit activation code from your health insurance company.

4. Download and activate the app: Download My Tinnitus App from the Play Store. Register with your email address, a password of your choice and the 16-digit activation code from your health insurance company. Activate the app using the link in the confirmation email.

5. Start therapy: Once you have implemented all the steps, you can start your tinnitus therapy straight away.
