When you are logged in and starting a new case, you fill out the personal information about your child and about the situation, as well as your child’s symptoms.

**A pediatric specialist will call you**

You’ll be put in the waiting queue for a call back, usually within 0-30 minutes. The pediatric specialist will have gone through the information you shared and prepared for the meeting. Remember, the child must be present for the visit.
