Fixes:
- Fixes a crash which occurred when opening an application with Turkish locale.

BREAKING CHANGE for versions 4.0.6 and older: CSS rule `overflow: hidden` for `html` or `body` will break scrolling. Remove rules for overflow or replace them with `overflow: auto`.
