  Connection and detection round. The protocol search order was rebuilt from the success rates actually measured in the field, so most vehicles now connect sooner. On BMWs the module list came up empty; fixed. If your car is silent on the first try, the chassis number is now read again once it wakes.   This update closes an important piece of misinformation: when the car did not answer at all, the app could still show a green check and say "no fault codes found". It now never calls a car clean unless at least one control unit actually replied; if the read could not be done, it says so plainly.

  Reading your vehicle's identity is noticeably faster in this update. When a part reports that it does not support a request, we no longer keep repeating it; instead a second method used by older vehicles takes over, so information now appears on more cars.   Fault reading is now honest: when a read fails, the app no longer says “no fault codes found” — it tells you the read did not complete. Invalid codes that could slip into the list on some cars have been removed. On Mercedes, Audi and Peugeot/Citroën/Opel models, engine fault codes are now also tried with a second method. If the adapter drops, the app reconnects by itself and reports a failed connection 10 seconds sooner.

  The fault code database grew from 380 to 9,400 codes. P2xxx codes common on modern cars (DPF, AdBlue/SCR) now show their real description — in 31 languages.
  
  Likely causes match the code too: a particulate filter fault shows filter causes, an AdBlue fault shows AdBlue causes.
  
  New: Live Engine Analysis — interprets fuel trim and the oxygen sensor.
  New: Vehicle Check — shows whether codes were cleared recently.
  
  The fault list updates instantly when you change language.
