This feature gives you a quick overview of how many vehicles are serviced, how many are pending for next day and what accessories are used from the inventory. It can be viewed as daily, weekly or for any customized date range.

Create Service & Vehicle Service

This features allows you to create service for a new or recurring customer.

Vehicle service feature has list details of all the servicing that is pending or in progress in your workshop. Once you start the servicing of any vehicle, live video link will be sent on the mobile number and email id that was given by customer during registration/creation of service. The customer will now be able to look at his vehicle service being done.

Service complaint

If any customer adds any complaint with regards to his servicing, you will be able to check those complaints from this feature. Helping you resolve the query and serve best to your customer.

Inventory Management

Inventory management of accessories/parts will be managed through this feature.

It will show you availability of all the accessories in your workshop so as to use it during servicing or order from manufacturer if unavailable.

HRMS

Attendance, Punch in and Punch out time, Leaves and other requests of technicians and admin staff can be managed through this feature.
