  - Fixed input fields automatically resetting to 1 in certain cases
  - Reverted scrolling issues on fleet dispatch page with opened keyboard as it caused more issues with keyboards not opening correctly
  
  Notice: Input fields (such as chat text fields, ship amount boxes, etc.) are more prone to keyboard issues when tapping very close to the lower edge of the box. We recommend tapping into the upper half to minimize undesirable keyboard behavior.
