ProxyTunnel

ProxyTunnel is a network tool that routes your Android device traffic through a SOCKS5 proxy you configure. The app uses Android's VPN service (VpnService) to create a secure device-level tunnel to your chosen proxy server.

IMPORTANT: ProxyTunnel does not include proxy servers or VPN subscriptions. You must provide your own SOCKS5 server details (host, port, and optional username/password). VPN connection works with SOCKS5 profiles.

Route all device traffic through your active SOCKS5 server. One tap to connect or disconnect from Home or Lite mode.

Test proxy speed (ms) and see the exit IP and location before or while connected. Choose your IP lookup provider in Settings (Cloudflare, ipify, IP-API, and more).

▸ Kill switch

Optional setting blocks all internet if the proxy becomes unreachable — helps avoid accidental leaks when the tunnel drops.

▸ Server management

Save multiple servers, switch between them, and run connectivity tests on your full list. Import via QR code, clipboard, or manual entry (supports common URI formats including socks5://).

━━━ VPN SERVICE DISCLOSURE ━━━

ProxyTunnel uses VpnService to tunnel device traffic to your configured SOCKS5 endpoint. When you tap Connect, Android will ask you to approve VPN permission. A persistent notification shows connection status while the VPN is active.

• Proxy profiles and credentials are stored locally on your device

• We do not operate backend servers that receive your browsing traffic

• IP/location checks (when you run them) may contact third-party lookup services you select in Settings

• Camera access is used only for optional QR code scanning — not stored or uploaded by us

• VPN permission granted by you when connecting
