Simple Hex Editor: Read Bytes

Text in 16 encodings, not just ASCII: UTF-8, UTF-16,
Windows-1251, KOI8-R, CP866, Shift-JIS, EUC-JP, GBK,
EUC-KR, Big5 and more. The app suggests the right one
when you open a file.

Edit in bulk: paste a whole draft of bytes from the
clipboard (hex, text or Base64), copy a range out,
undo and redo, long press a byte for actions.

New settings screen: encoding, 8 themes, fonts, bytes
per row, address format.

Fixes: inspector crash, large-file crash, lower memory
use, clearer search results.
