Bringing a counter-narrative to uni-dimensional and clichéd image of Pakistan
My Voice Unheard is a humanistic project focused on collecting stories of individuals from multiple social, ethnic and religious backgrounds in Pakistan, to bring a counter-narrative to the clichéd image of the country, worldwide. We believe that each individual has a story to tell which can inspire people at a social level. We focus on collecting biographies and memoirs of Pakistani’s, acknowledging the effort they have put in their life and work. We appreciate the contribution these individuals have made for the progress and the value that they have added to the diversity of Pakistan’s Identity. In line with this, My Voice Unheard inspires individuals to be self-expressive, acknowledges their identity as it is, celebrates the humility, and appreciates the acumen of wisdom.
