1) New themes: Elsa, Dashboard MT. To update the themes list, drag the list down and release.
2) Added tutorials for themes: Mediabox, Road, Rummer, Dashboard DX and Tools window (available from the theme preview window).
3) Show hidden apps (DVR, BT Music, 360, Camera and other) for several head units: Ownice, C500.
4) Improved widget deletion logic. (reset from the theme, and removed from the theme editor).
5) Improvements in themes: Road and Road 2 (animation), Rummer (translated Weeks)
