OIS is an application used for project planning, scheduling, resource allocation and change management. It allows project managers, stakeholders and team members to control quality management and documentation and also may be used as an administration system.

OIS is a complete Project management software which allows to perform following functionality in a single click. OIS as a Project management software is also used for collaboration and communication between project stakeholders.

Create Project: Allows user with rights to create a project , add teams members with predefined project rights. Each project will have its own communication message group created automatically for project discussion.

Create Task: Allows user to create a project specific and general task for each other by following company hierarchy .App also allows to change the status of task completion very easily . In additional app provide an option to have communication with respect to task for easy coordination.

Create FollowUp :App has follow up feature to have a track of task/happening within the company. This helps to builds on or exploits the success of earlier work.

Report Issue: Allows user to report issues against any project specific task and assign to respective user to solve it.

Create Group: Allows user with rights to create a message group with company staffs for easy communication.
