Onway Driver

Onway is a technology platform. Our smartphone apps connect driver, customers, and business.

In cities where Onway operates, use your customer app to request a ride. When a nearby driver accepts your request, your app displays from where driver arrival to your pickup location. Your app notifies you when the driver is about to arrive.

Your app also provides four more services than the ride, they are order and get delivered Grocery product, Food shop and Restaurant product, Pharmacy items. Specially in Grocery and Food shop customers are able to add their products to cart and buy.

Further Special service is provide for customers that is Onway courier service anyone can send delivery order to rider and then he comes and pick the courier package and will drop it in given location.

Use your app to enter your preferred destination anytime before or during the ride. If you have a preferred route, it's helpful to talk through the directions together.

When you arrive at your destination and exit the vehicle, your trip ends. Your fare is automatically calculated and charged to the payment method you've linked to your Onway account.

In some cities, Onway allows you to pay your fare in cash. This option must be selected before you request a ride.

Immediately after a trip ends, your app will ask you to rate your driver with four status. Driver are also asked to rate riders. Onway’s feedback system is designed to foster a community of respect and accountability for everyone.
