OpenGov Asia is a content platform, dedicated to sharing ICT-related developments and trends with digital executives from the government, education, healthcare, FSI, retail and industrial sectors.

While primarily focused on the ASEAN region, OpenGov Asia also works in ANZ and India.

With over 30 years in the field, OpenGov Asia interacts regularly with hundreds of thought leaders, key officials and experts across Asia, Australia and New Zealand. In the process, they have gained a thorough understanding of the challenges faced by CIOs, CXOs and other digital transformation leaders in a rapidly transforming world.

OpenGov Asia organises C-level interactive sessions across the region, where valuable insights are shared by senior digital executives and leaders from around the world. Ranging from large-scale OpenGov Leadership Forums (200-600 attendees) to moderate-size Tech Day (40-60 attendees) to their intimate, bespoke Breakfast Insights (20-30 attendees), these sessions are invitation-only, closed-door engagements.

Their Digital Platforms feature interviews with officials and executives from both the public and private sector ICT arenas and opinion pieces from thought leaders. They also publish reports on digital transformation projects and highlight successful government initiatives. The site enjoys 2 million visitors yearly.

The OpenGov Asia Newsletter is sent to the internal list, comprising over 25,000 previous delegates, resource people and partners across the countries they operate in. It features curated pieces from the latest news from the region as well as case studies, reports and white papers.

OpenGov Asia Recognition of Excellence Awards, launched in 2015, are a formal appreciation of initiatives and efforts of organisations at the forefront of digital transformation to improve the lives of citizens with online and cutting-edge digital services.

The Awards highlight and encourage new initiatives that have been designed to assist citizens, learners, healthcare seekers and clients in the respective industries.

Over the past 7 years, ceremonies recognising over 500 government, healthcare, education services, GLC and FSI entities have been held in: Canberra Perth, Jakarta, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, Manila, Victoria, Melbourne and Wellington.
