For Veterans to gain access to Online Patient Self Scheduling they will first need to create a DS Logon Level 2 (Premium) account.

Your DS Logon Level 2 account will provide access to Online Patient Self Scheduling as well as other services like eBenefits.

Veterans Administration has secured OPSS services through "Federal Common Policy CA" which is not installed on Android devices (it is installed on Apple Devices, however).

Unfortunately, this security certificate must be installed by the user unless it had already been installed through other means. This may be accomplished by following instructions from Google or by using an app from Google Play (for example, CADroid)
