Overseer

Overseer is an mobile application which assists invigilators in various ways. Through an simple menu and a welcoming user interface, Overseer displays the upcoming invigilation slot including the time for the invigilation. The invigilator may add new invigilation slots, view invigilation records, and invigilation history. Overseer also provides reminders as well as in-built audio for exam instructions and announcements that are both convenient and helpful. While there are more possible functionalities available to be implemented, the current functionalities proved to be sufficient. We hope that this mobile application will serve invigilators well as we continue to implement new functions.
