This is the 2016 joBerg2c app.

When you’re riding the Old Mutual joBerg2c, the longest MTB stage race in the country, fitness, preparation and knowledge are your best allies. We’ll leave the first two up to you, but you can use this awesome app, updated for 2016, to keep you up to speed with all the stuff you need to know about getting to the finish!

Features:

Emergency numbers.

General Race Info – Purpose of the Event, Overview, Preparing for the Race (e.g. what to pack, how to get to the Start), During the Race (e.g. procedure for booking mechanics, bike safety).

Daily Race Info – daily schedule, layout of the race village, services on offer, facts about the area etc.

Daily Route – route map, profile, description.

Notice Board – get bulletins from the organisers, e.g. weather forecast, tips.

Photos – Take and upload photos – not only to contribute to the collective journey to the coast, but also for entries into the daily prize

Tweet – tweet your experiences and see other Old Mutual joBerg2c tweets in one handy location.

Rider tracking – whilst you are on race day, you’ll be able to see how far to go (and how much climbing) to the next water point, or to the finish. This feature can be disabled, should you wish.
