Plusnet Communicator

The Communicator client is the solution for IP telephony, video telephony and remote control. With Communicator you get a full softphone for your centraflex connection. The app allows for remote management of your connection and enables you both in the office and mobile to be reached on your fixed line number.

Unified Communication & Collaboration features allow you to see the presence status of your colleagues, send files or chat messages and receive thus bring together your communications and facilitate. (Scope depending on the booked Service Description)

The main features include:

- A phone number for fixed and mobile

- Call History and Address Books

- connection control (do not disturb, call forwarding, simultaneous ringing)

- Call Center status control

IMPORTANT: To use you need a centraflex telephone connection and the additional license "Communicator Mobile Video" or "Communicator Tablet Video" or the additional license "UCC client package", and an Internet connection on your smartphone / tablet. The need to login account information is the subscriber access data of the VoIP portal of your centraflex telephone connection.
