PM Assist DEMO

PM Assist is an easy to use application which supports the project manager in day-to-day activities. It helps you to organize your meetings and your tasks and to monitor the realisation of the end products (deliverables) of the project. You can make notes on tasks and products with enhanced text formatting features. For you as a project manager it now easy to keep an overview on any actions on your name or commitments that are made for product delivery.

This is the DEMO version of this application which has limited functionality compared to the full version. The full version will be available soon.

Key Features:

- Supports unlimited number of projects (in full version).

- Use checkboxes in the notes editor to quickly set and maintain activities. The editor also supports enhanced text formatting like bold, italics, underline and color.

- Drag and drop items

- View your Agenda. The Calendar show your meeting events, task dates and product dates if set. PM Assist use the build in Calendar application to change calendar events.

- Use the Tasks function to origanize your project manager tasks.

- Use the Products function to manage the project end products.

- Manage contacts (from Phone contacts and PM Assist store)
