Poppy Fisher's Book of Recipes

Hello everybody! My name is Poppy Fisher, nice to meet you!

There are people who have dreamed of a profession since childhood. This is not my case. Like most children, I did a little bit of everything: music and sports, and I entered the State University of Economics and Finance in general because my mom and dad decided that this was a promising profession of economist. After university, I worked as an economist in a shipping company, then in an IT company. I went to the office every day, worked from 10 to 18, did something, but was like a restless person.

Now I am doing what I love - cooking delicious food for myself and my whole family! I love simple, uncomplicated dishes made from local and seasonal products - not foie gras, but, for example, cauliflower and morel pie, chanterelles, local fish bisque.

This application is my personal culinary diary, from the pages of which I will acquaint you with the wonderful world of delicious and healthy food.
