Poste is the innovative online service that allows you to send Telegrams, Registered A / R, Ordinary and Priority Mail via Poste Italiane in a few seconds throughout Italy.

With the Poste App you can send your correspondence from office, home or wherever you are.

With the APP it is not possible to book SPID.

The service is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All shipments made via the App will be received by the recipient in paper version as any telegram or registered letter sent from a physical Post Office.

All services include

✔ black and white print on A4 sheet

✔ folding and enveloping;

✔ postage according to the law in force;

✔ delivery to the recipient

✔ possible compilation of the return card with the sender's data (by registered letter with return receipt);

You can create the message by writing the text directly from the editor or by uploading pdf files or images (except for the telegram service)

With the Poste app you can plan your mailings and check costs and content before sending for an error-free delivery.

With Poste you can send your correspondence without registering and pay by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or top-up.

By registering, the Poste app will allow you to keep track of all your shipments, expenses and to save the address book of senders and recipients for even faster subsequent deliveries.

You can track your shipment directly in the App. Enter the tracking code of your registered or priority mail in the TRACKING section and check the delivery status

DELIVERY TIMES

Telegrams, Registered mail, Ordinary and Priority Post direct to Italy are delivered exclusively on weekdays (Monday to Friday).

Registered mail

Poste will deliver the recommended items according to the following quality objectives:

■ delivery in 4 working days in addition to the shipping day for 90% of consignments

■ delivery in 6 working days in addition to the shipping day for 98% of consignments

The return receipt, if selected, will be returned to the sender in 5-10 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays)

Telegram

The telegram delivery times depend on the acceptance times:

■ within 7:00 am, at least 90% of items will be delivered on the same day

■ within 12.00 only for metropolitan cities, delivery takes place on the same day for at least 90% of items

■ after 12 noon, 99% of items will be delivered on the working day following the day of acceptance

In all the locations included in the list of municipalities with delivery every other day, delivery takes place on the second working day following the one of acceptance for 99% of items.

Priority Mail

Poste will deliver priority mail according to the following quality objectives

■ in 1 working day following that of acceptance for at least 80% of the items

■ in 4 working days following the date of acceptance for at least 98% of the items

(*) Delivery times may vary from 1 to 3 days for those Municipalities for which delivery is scheduled on alternate days

Ordinary Mail

Delivery times for Ordinary Mail are:

■ 4 working days after the acceptance of the order for 90% of the consignments

■ 6 working days after the acceptance of the order for 98% of the consignments

In the case of online shipments, the following processing times are added to the delivery times indicated: printing in one working day (T + 1), if the shipment is accepted by 2:00 pm from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
