PZU GO

PZU GO is a telematics application for a smartphone. The application is connected to a small device stuck to the windshield of the car. Its set of sensors detects emergency situations and sends a signal to the PZU Emergency Center. PZU contacts the driver and provides him with the necessary support. If the driver cannot be contacted, emergency services are sent to the scene of the accident.

How to use PZU GO

PZU GO is available from selected PZU agents and branches throughout the country for customers who buy the Pomoc w Drodze insurance with the PZU GO option.

PZU GO can also be purchased via the PZU hotline 801 102 102.

The application needs access to the location on your smartphone to connect to the PZU GO device. In the event of an accident, we will provide information about the accident site to the emergency services. Without access to the location, the application will not connect to the PZU GO device.

The main advantages of the application:

• Automatically detects serious collisions or accidents and provides position information

a vehicle to the PZU Emergency Center, which calls for help;

• enables the driver to contact the PZU Emergency Center in the event of any problems

road (e.g. vehicle breakdown). In such a situation, PZU will help solve the problem - e.g.

will call a tugboat or advise you on what to do in the event of a bump;

• analyzes the driving style and presents a graphical evaluation of routes;

• provides information to the driver, incl. on speeding, acceleration and

braking.
