Surah Yasin is the 36th surah in the Qur'an which consists of 83 verses, and includes

Makkiyah surahs. Named YaSin because this surah starts with two letters namely the letters Ya and Sin. As with the hidden meanings of the letters that lie at the beginning of some of the surahs of the quran, so too does the meaning of YaSin which is included in the category of verses seen.
