RemoteVal™ differs from other tools in that the appraiser sends you a link to download and install the application, and then you simply connect to the appraiser via video conference call and give them permission to view through your camera and capture your location. Then hang on tight as the appraiser walks you through your house, and takes pictures, and initiates and captures accurate room measurements, all using your device while you walk around in their direction and point the camera where they tell you to.
