R. Fathers M.A.D, Inc. is 501c3 nonprofit organization that emphasizes the importance of education, positively impact family dynamics, and provides guidance, leadership, and life skills to boys and young men with absentee fathers and/or limited positive male influences. The goal is to identify youth and families who are going through a difficult transition and offer a positive support system in the home and school system. RFM’s efforts rekindles youths’ commitment to their education, provide a meaningful and positive outlook on life, develop moral and ethical values, build positive self-esteem, and enrich parenting skills that will positively affect home dynamics.
