Sheikh Maher Muaiqly

He memorized the Noble Qur’an, studied the teachers ’college in Medina, graduated from a mathematics teacher, moved to work in Mecca as a teacher, then became a student guide at the“ Prince Abdul Majeed ”school in Makkah. He holds a master’s degree on 1425 AH in the jurisprudence of Imam Ahmed bin Hanbal in the College of Sharia at Umm Al-Qura University and he got a PhD in interpretation, and works as an assistant professor in the Department of Judicial Studies at the College of Judicial Studies and Systems at Umm Al-Qura University and holds the position of Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research.

He obtained a master’s degree from Umm Al-Qura University, College of Sharia, Department of Jurisprudence, in 1425 AH, and the thesis was entitled: Issues of Imam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal Fiqh, with the narration of Abdul-Malik Al-Maimouni (collection and study), and he obtained an excellent rating. He obtained a doctorate from Umm Al-Qura University in the year 1432 AH, which is the achievement of the book (Tuhfat al-Nabih Sharh al-Nabih) in Al-Hodood and Qada’i (by Imam Al-Shirazi in Shafi’i Fiqh).

He also received a doctoral thesis and was entitled "The Prophet's masterpiece in explaining the alert to Zinklouni Al-Shafi’i, a study and an investigation of the door to borders and the judiciary." The thesis was discussed in King Abdulaziz Hall. Sheikh Dr. received a doctorate in jurisprudence with excellent grade with first class honors Tuesday, 28 Muharram 1434 AH / 12/11/2012. He is one of the most famous readers in the Islamic world. The Sheikh is distinguished by a beautiful and wonderful voice.
