Application aimed at employees and associates of companies that use the Smart Sign platform.

Through this application you can access the documents shared by the administrator, and sign them compliant or non-compliant, adding a comment to the signature.

Difference between digital and electronic signature

Digital and electronic signature are not the same.

The main difference between the electronic signature and the digital signature lies in its probative value. In the case of the digital signature, there is an iuris tantum presumption in its favor, which implies that if a digitally signed document is automatically verified as correct, it is assumed - unless proven otherwise - that it comes from the subscriber of the associated certificate and that it was not modified. .

On the contrary, in the case of the Electronic signature, the burden of proof is reversed with respect to the previous one: if the signature is unknown, it is up to the person invoking it to prove its validity.
