Management of working hours and interventions
SmartService is Incotec's application dedicated to two functional areas:
• The management of working hours. The application allows employees to tag their working time, manage their absence requests with or without proof, and view the status of their various leave balances. It goes even further for team managers, who can process their employees' requests directly in the application and consult a set of information necessary for the proper functioning of their teams. Access to HR information for everyone, wherever they are!
• Management of interventions, after-sales service and maintenance. Do you manage technicians and want to support them as much as possible in their interventions? SmartService is made for your teams. Designed for mobile technicians, it offers real-time access to all the information related to the files to be processed: customer contact details, information relating to the intervention, for easy diagnosis. It allows you to enter the intervention report directly on the mobile or tablet, to complete it with a photo and the signature by the customer before sending. It also allows the ordering of spare parts if necessary. The application has an offline mode which allows data to be stored while waiting for the next connection to the network. Thus, technicians work in optimal conditions, no matter where they work.
