Socialize is your personal assistant for a healthy digital life. With Socialize, you can understand your habits with the smarthpone and change your behaviours to better spend your time!

Do you typically use social networks at work? Do you play games before sleep? After an initial phase of analysis, Socialize will start to discover your habits with the smartphone. Each day, you will receive a summary with your trending habits of the day. Furthermore, Socialize will alert you when the smartphone is used in a habitual way. The good news is that you will be able to change a habit if you don't like it! Override a habit by defining an intention, i.e., an alternative routine: Socialzie will help you to reach your goal!
