TA@HGS is an app that has been specifically designed for the Hiring Managers at HGS. Taking a step ahead to make the process of identifying the right candidate and getting him/her onboard in a seamless manner, we have conceptualized this app with value-added features. We understand the need to stay connected and updated (almost) all the time when you are in process of hiring the right candidate for your business process/organization. The idea is to provide better access and improved connectivity to get the right talent. This app will make you self-sufficient by allowing you to receive real time updates.

Create and complete your profile with a simple process

Receive updates on shortlisted profiles

Check the number and status of interviews scheduled for you

Check the shortlisted resumes in the app

The calendar within the app will help you in checking the available dates to help you schedule interviews with the candidates

The Activities feature include: Hiring Planner, Interview feedback, Shortlist pending and Offer Approval pending. This is help you in completing your tasks easily and on time.
