Easy bookings :- Jinjah gives your users an easy way to book for deliveries by using their smartphones. The mobile app also enables users to choose multiple destinations for cases where the user has more than one dropoff location. The customers can also book deliveries in advance on the mobile application.

Multiple Payment Methods :- Jinjah supports multiple payment methods to allow users to pay for delivery which includes payment via Debit Cards, payment via Bank Transfer, Jinjah also supports a safe and secure walleting system which allows users to fund their wallets ahead of time while subsequent deliveries payments are deducted from their wallet.

Notifications :- Jinjah has a notifications system that allows users to be notified every step of the way during a delivery. From the moment a user requests a pickup to the point the package is delivered, Jinjah informs both the sender and the receiver of the status of the package every step of the way.

Messaging :- The Jinjah App mobile app for users allows users to interact with admins. This can be in the form of complaints, requests, criticism, opinions or plain feedback. Users can initiate a chat with admins and the admins can respond via the admin panel seamlessly.
