Mother Emanuel Self-Help

Mother Emanuel Empowerment Center Self-Help (MEEC-SH) is a free app developed by health care professionals at the Medical University of South Carolina, in collaboration with the Mother Emanuel AME Church, to promote emotional recovery for the surviving family members, surviving witnesses, and other members of the Emanuel AME congregation. This app includes several resources that are based on best practices in the areas of grief, mood, and stress.
