TKDA BUMN stands for State-Owned Enterprise Basic and Academic Competency Test. This test is one of the stages of selection to take part in the recruitment program or acceptance of employees in BUMN (State Owned Enterprises). TKDA BUMN is carried out to evaluate the academic abilities and basic competencies of prospective employees so that the best candidates can be selected and are most in line with the needs of BUMN.

BUMN TKDA usually consists of three parts, namely a verbal ability test, a numerical ability test, and a logic test. The verbal ability test aims to measure the prospective employee's ability to understand and interpret text or written information, while the numerical ability test aims to measure the prospective employee's ability to understand and analyze the data or numbers given. While the logic test aims to measure the ability of prospective employees to solve problems logically and systematically.

Apart from that, there are also psychological tests that can be carried out as part of the SOE TKDA. The psychological test aims to measure the personal suitability of prospective employees with the values ​​and culture of the BUMN organization.

The BUMN TKDA results will be used by the BUMN selection team to evaluate the capabilities and potential of prospective employees so that candidates with the best abilities and potential can be selected according to the needs of the organization.
