Video Recording updates:
- Quality changed from HD to Low Quality.
- A 10 Mb file size limit is set.
- Video recording time is set for 20 seconds, aligned with new specs.
- The limit is that the recording will automatically stop at 20 seconds or 10 Mb, whichever comes first.

Important Notice:
- After updating, you may want to delete any videos attached to observations that were recorded before the update. Videos exceeding the new size limit may cause issues.
