Restructured how the automated data refresh occurs. Will now continue to refresh at its refresh frequency if the device is on and the app remains in the foreground. Once the app goes to the background, the recurring refresh is paused until it is brought back to the foreground. Reduced refresh delay to every 60 seconds.
