Traddle is a B2B Export-Import trade facilitator for Agro-Food Commodities involving Marine Logistics for the most part acting as a 'Broker', with a Mobile Application that ensures Trade.

APPROVED TRADERS & BROKERS:

Users in Traddle are accepted after a thorough verification and diligence process by being checked and reviewed on various standards & parameters to establish, that they are mainstream and relevant business houses or individuals.

BROWSE MARKETPLACE

Approved Users can log in and browse the Live Market Page for their respective commodities & discover the global price of the same and pick from the varieties of offers floated by other Users and show interest to engage in Trade by either 'Book' or 'Chat.'

FLOAT YOUR OWN EXPORT/IMPORT OFFERS:

Approved ‘Traders’ can Float Offers for the Market page whether for Exports or Imports for their respective commodities comprising of details like Product, Origin, Price, Quantity, Port, Basis, Shipment/Delivery, Detailed Specifications, Payment Terms, Packaging Details, Upload Pictures, Other Conditions & Port of Discharge.

REAL-TIME NEGOTIATION

The user through the App can enter into a Real-time negotiation with the help of unique Chat feature built in the App itself, in which a user can negotiate for Price, Quantity or other terms through Text Communications. Files such as JPEG, JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP, DOCX, PDF, TXT, XLSX & PPT can also be attached and shared in the built-in Chat feature, which runs through the entire lifecycle of a trade.

BOOK & CONTRACT

On successful negotiations, A trade is booked on the App itself, and the user can have the Contract with the system allocated Contract number to Review, Download and Upload back. User can also communicate through the same chat feature about the Terms & Conditions of the Contract and can make a customized request for that as well.

DOCUMENT EXCHANGES & COMMUNICATION

The unique Chat feature, initiated during the negotiation before the Trade is being booked, Continues and within the same, all essential & relevant Document Exchanges and Communications regarding Trade, Transportation, Logistics, Shipping Documents, Approvals is carried in a particular chat itself.

As soon as the shipment arrives at the destination port, Traddle Application features the following in the system:

Payment Coordination through Intimation & follow-ups.

SWIFT Verification.

Value date and Client’s Confirmation.

Escrow payment reversal at the end after satisfaction from both the parties.

My Account

Traddle App includes 'My Account’ feature for every user, where Users will see their respective Ledgers to keep track of Commission & Escrow Payment & Receipt details.

Traddle App offers the In-built Support Chat in which Traddle App handle queries, where a user can directly communicate with Traddle team regarding technical or business issues.
