Remote Care Platform is a free digital healthcare solution provided by the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi, in collaboration with Injazat Data Systems, improving patient access to quality care at home or on-the-go.

The advanced tele-consultation app enables patients to receive care remotely, without the need for immediately visiting a hospital or clinic.

Focused on accelerating diagnosis and treatment, Remote Care Platform’s AI-powered engine empowers users to check their symptoms from the convenience of their smartphone. If further steps are required, the app will connect the patient to a medical professional via telephone or video calling who will offer their expertise.

To manage care remotely, the app also enables users to obtain referrals and prescriptions from home, with medication delivered directly to a chosen address. For greater convenience and to ensure safety, Remote Care Platform can also connect the elderly and vulnerable with remote testing stations.
