📦 new update packed with a lot of requested changes!

Changelog 📋:
1. Added a one-time purchase option for Intenty Premium!
2. Nudge delay feature. Making nudges appear after a certain delay (5 seconds, 15 seconds, 1 minute, etc)
3. New default nudge -"Delayed check-in." It leverages the newly introduced delay feature.
4. Other small bugfixes and stability improvements as always
